2. Services Provided

dsc.in.net facilitates the application for Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) through licensed Certifying Authorities as per the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments. We act as an intermediary between applicants and licensed CAs.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information in your application.
• You are responsible for the safekeeping of your DSC token and password.
• You must not share your DSC token or private key with any other person.
• You must report any loss or compromise of your DSC token to us and the relevant CA immediately.
• You are solely responsible for any use of your DSC, whether authorised or not.

4. Application Process

Issuance of a DSC is subject to successful completion of KYC verification as mandated by the Certifying Authority. We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet verification requirements. Processing times are indicative and may vary based on CA procedures.

5. Fees & Payment

Applicable fees will be communicated at the time of application. Fees are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before DSC issuance. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Susania OPC Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

dsc.in.net and Susania OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the DSC services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
